| So, what do you think about the idea, good or not? Was thinking about the how and where...how about 750k gp for a small house, 1 million for a moderate/regular house and 1.5 million for a big size/manor like house?? The pricing sound correct?? Now the locations, suggesting around/inside Wolfshire Town, FrostKeep, WinterKeep and City of Madness?
Any comments and/or suggestions, leave them here

| housing, for players...hmmmm. Hows about you start off with tents. then as you progress, you can gain bigger ones till you can afford to be housed inside the city proper like. Or better still how about ya start off with an area, and have to upgrade ya hut walls, defencive ditches etc ... just sayiing | |

| That would be a cool idea to apply Marcus but saddly, with the toolset, there is no way to have a merchand that can sell placables and such. Anyone else got suggestions/ideas?? Thanks Ragnarok | |

| Adding housing might draw more players. I'd say some in Winterkeep, Frostkeep and Wolfshire. Nice to have a gizmo in the ancient library that allows you to port to your house as you enter. | |

| Any real ideas on how we could do the housing? We charge a monthly fee? Want to be able to customize the interior, etc?
Come on somebody, give me something to work with or else i will do as i wish, giving you all a few more days to post here.

| K I like the idea, who doesn't.
Here's something that might be cool to look at, what bout (depending on how much you pay) having items in your home that provide buffs? Obviously your bed would heal you, but something like a statue could give you a temporary strength boost, a bookcase that gives a temporary wisdom boost, stuff like that. Scripting something like that isn't too difficult and it may give people more of an incentive to purchase a house. Also, a persitent chest for storage would be nice.
Another thing this might encourage when more players arrive at the server is house rentals. Wouldn't it be cool to see a player driven economy where lower leveled characters can rent off of the rich and get the benefits of a house? Maybe to elaborate at the moment, but in the future...

| Yes, items that can cast spells inside your house. check. For perma-chest, still not sure, it can cause massive lag but will see. As for renting houses, it's for the players, not my job.
Oh, and of course, you can open a player shop instead of owning a simple house. Forgot to mention that one.
Anything else???
